I only had 3 invoices tracking numbers ending in 4274 for $7.50 on 8Dec25 tracking number ending in 2224 for $ 9.95 on 8Dec25 and tracking number ending ir 4274 for $7.30 on 10Dec25 (which replaced tracking number ending in 8923 for $6.17 that I put in for a refund because it was for usps ground advantage and I used a priority mail box).Tracking number ending in 1604 on 8Dec25 I don't know who this is for. I only hac 3 packages sent and 1 label requested a refund Totalina 4 labels (1 for a refund and the ones I have attached to this email) which is also detailed in the body of the email

It has been 5 days since i decided to use shippo for shipping labels on 4 65 lb packages insured for 2200 each printed first label got a message saying contact support and would not let me finish my shipment tried desperately to reach someone via multiple platforms with no success forcing me to panic ship big Heavy expensive shipments with unplanned method that of course was much more expensive i had many hours into comparing prices informed my client on how these were being handled then had to spend mire hours doing it a different method making me look like I'm stupid or a liar and cost an extra $170 for the privilege
You have a phone number to contact outside sales. You'll make that available until they are customers, then offer nothing or, even worse, like I'm getting. Tried your Facebook, it told me to contact support after telling your *** system it's not working. Saw somewhere responses time was 256 hours, so even if I did contact you, it would be 255 hours later.
This is not the first time; it's about 25% of the time.
Last time, about 35 hours after messaging them, got a response from a messaging system they use that does not accept replies. They want to talk at you, not with you; makes it clear how little they care.

To summarize, we had a customer who did not receive their $650 package. They reached out to us 9 days after the delivery date.
The customer and I communicated via email for a couple of days as I took due diligence to capture the needed information so that I could properly submit the insurance claim for this lost package. I captured the information and submitted the claim. Then we waited, days, only to have X-Cover come back and say that we submitted the inquiry past some 10-day policy. So, taking the needed time to capture information to submit the claim form pushed us over the limit.
Seems pretty sad, right?
A couple of bits of feedback: #1, make this 10-day policy clear somewhere to your customer base, not buried in terms and conditions. #2, why allow a customer to submit the insurance claim if the 10-day policy is so rigid and inflexible?
When things are good, the platform is great.
When things are bad, do not expect Shippo to do the right thing to support you. We cannot, in good faith, recommend this business as they have a poor shipping insurance partner (XCOVER) and policies that are too rigid.

Our account was suspended for reasons unknown. We never had any declined payments for labels and do not owe any other fees or money.
No reason and no fix. Impossible to get support.
We had 12 packages customers were waiting for and no way to get labels. We switched service right away to save business.

I tried to use you as I have many times in the past, but you wouldn't accept my password and gave me no option for 'forgot password.' Then I tried the customer service number, and it didn't go through. I guess you must not want any business. Now I have to go to the post office to get this done.

You can't contact this company. My cc got shut down without me knowing it and one fo the labels did not get paid.
I went on to buy another label, found out about the other one, and tried to pay for both but they won't let you they just stop you from buying another one and give NO way to contact them in a timely manner when you are trying to ship something! Terrible company,

I ordered something online for Christmas but I received a notice from the USPS stating the package was seized by the USPS for counterfeit postage. I can not contact shippo because they do not seam to have a customer service number.
I live in Bakersfield ca.
and the package was sent back to the LA ca postal carrier so I cannot review the package. Be aware if this company tries using counterfeit postage you may want to use another carrier.

Any company that refuses to help their customers with a live person should not be in business.
Placed an order trying them out and created a $29 label to ship an item. They took the money, and the screen closed and I cannot reprint label. I have tried to create another label and they said to contact customer support. Well, how sway?!?
What ever they lost me on the first attempt to try them. *** companys dont have live customer support.
